1. Services
We arrange air and sea freight, packing, customs assistance, and door-to-door delivery as agreed in your quotation.
2. Quotes & charges
- Quotes are based on the information provided (dimensions/weight/contents). Final charges may vary after carrier measurement or customs assessment.
- Duty/tax, storage, inspections, or additional handling are payable by the consignee unless stated otherwise.
3. Prohibited items
We follow airline and carrier rules. Dangerous goods, illegal items, and restricted goods may be refused or require special handling.
4. Transit times
Transit estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier schedules, weather, or customs delays.
5. Loss & damage
- Basic liability is limited as per carrier conventions.
- Insurance is available on request and must be confirmed in writing before shipment.
- Packing suitability is the shipper’s responsibility unless you purchase our packing service.
6. Documents
The shipper is responsible for providing accurate documents and complying with export/import laws.
7. Data protection
We handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes will be handled in the appropriate UAE jurisdiction.
